This project aims to highlight veterans from any war or conflict, be it World War One or Two, Korea, Vietnam, Suez, Northern Ireland, Sierra Leon, Iraq and Afghanistan etc and will try to illustrate what happens to these veterans once the spot light of Remembrance Day has passed and what they get involved with as part of their normal life. The project will take the form of a series of environmental portraits, each one illustrating the individual and also the interests that they have or a certain aspect of their life that is important to them. It is, of course, a work in progress and anyone who may be interested in becoming involved in the project either as a veteran themselves or someone who knows a former seviceman and can provide a contact then please feel free to email me at ianforsyth2003@yahoo.co.uk or call 07786 076618 to get involved in this worthwhile project. Sadly, older veterans are now passing away, soon fewer people will remember or even feel the need to remember the work and sacrificies these men and women have done in your name. Your help is needed to assist with this project and help give the veterans the respect and acknowledgment they deserve.
